Standard Wire Mesh

Kenco Wire & Iron Products Inc. recommends Woven Diamond Mesh: The geometry of triangulation. Its unsurpassed strength makes it a superior product compared to other mesh shapes.

Kenco Wire & Iron Products Inc. offers other combinations of wire size and spacing. Squared-off rectangular patterns of woven wire are also obtainable, as well as various channel sizes.

Panels can be made in any width up to the recommended maximum of 5'-0". Single panel heights are recommended to be 10'-0". All corner connections are mortise and tenon. For partitions over 10'-0" high, vertical posts must be added for increased rigidity. This special reinforcement when installed between panels gives maximum strength for greater heights. This reinforcement is also recommended for lower-height partitions where extra strength is required.

Kenco Wire & Iron Products Inc. designs all wire mesh partitions to meet any building code.

Panels are made in any width up to 5'-0' wide.

Technical Specifications

Installation: Wire partitions are designed so that they may be erected by inexperienced labor. Shop Drawings are sent with all jobs so that your erector will understand how parts are assembled. Field bracing of partitions may be required, depending on the individual project and customer preferences. Bracing materials will be furnished only when the type and quantity are specified and requested. (Bracing is usually provided by the erector) unless Kenco Wire & Iron Products Inc. installs the product. All bolts and nuts that are required for assembly are provided. However, bolts, screws, and floor and wall anchors required for attachment to the building structure are not included, unless specified and requested.

Ordering: When ordering, it is best to send a rough sketch, so that we may fabricate with the correct locations of doors and or sliding gates. Indicate the hinge side, swing direction and key side of all doors and sliding gates. Be sure to state the height and type of floor and wall conditions to which the partitions are anchored. If there are pipes, ducts, beams, or other structural obstructions around which the partition must fit, please dimension these locations and their elevations (AFF — above the finished floor).

Heavy Duty Wire Mesh

This special reinforcement when installed between panels gives maximum strength for great heights. This reinforcement is also recommended for lower-height partitions where extra strength is required.
